 Putin will not fight turkey and islam globally, Period. He will run out of machinations, only having sparked an uncquenchable fire between muslims and europe. His place will be taken by the Russian Czar who will have his hands untied against islam.

   Oh, the blackmail sometimes waved on the face of Vladimir "Snake" Putin, to remember him his duty and not to fail prey of a personal sense of wounded pride cause the lost plane - but ALSO a warning to HOLLANDE...... Do you perceive the trap? they let the villain archon (Putin) to boast to "know the countries financing ISIS", then after the downing of his plane, when he was allowed to get a POLITICAL victory in his hands ("I am the victim"), he is 'remembered' about his role, and to not fly too high....:

   WASHINGTON—The Obama administration accused Syria’s government of purchasing oil from Islamic State and blacklisted a Syrian-Russian businessman suspected of facilitating those transactions.
   
   The U.S. Treasury Department also penalized Russian and Cypriot businessmen and companies suspected of helping the Syrian central bank evade international sanctions through a web of companies based in Russia, Cyprus and Belize.

   WASHINGTON (AFP) — The United States slapped sanctions Wednesday on backers of the Syrian regime including a middleman accused of buying oil from the Islamic State group and the Russian head of the World Chess Federation.

   The Treasury Department singled out four individuals and six entities for their support of the regime of President Bashar Assad.
   
   Among those hit was a Syrian businessman called George Haswani, identified as “a middleman for oil purchases by the Syrian regime from the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant.”
   
   The new sanctions also apply to Kirsan Ilyumzhinov, a wealthy Russian businessman and long-standing president of the World Chess Federation (FIDE). etc etc etc
