French satirical weekly Charlie Hebdo will mark a year since an attack on its offices with a cover featuring a bearded man representing God with a Kalashnikov slung over his shoulder, accompanied by the text: “One year on: the assassin is still out there.”

One million copies of the special edition will be available on newsstands on Wednesday, with tens of thousands more to be sent overseas.

It will mark a year since brothers Chérif and Saïd Kouachi burst into Charlie Hebdo’s offices in eastern Paris and killed 12 people, including eight of the magazine’s staff.

The attack on 7 January 2015, claimed by al-Qaida’s branch in the Arabian Peninsula, came after a 2011 firebombing of its offices that forced it to move premises. Its staff had also been under police protection since it published cartoons of the prophet Muhammad in 2006.

Included in the special edition will be a collection of cartoons by the five Charlie Hebdo artists killed in the 2015 attack as well as several external contributors... etc etc  etc.

12, 8, 5, 35 (2015, or 20 + 15) are all significant numbers which talks about a well chosen team of shooters, then smuggled to the media to be "Al Qaeda" or "wanna-be", a squad which had the task to kill people with those exact numerical proportions, expressing through Gnostic Numerology the Gnostic theology. I shortly pause on the number "35" present in the 35 anniversary of the definitive consolidation of the Khomeinist Revolution and of the occupation of Afghanistan by Soviet's army, a number present in the last products of the military aerospace complex respectively of  Russia (SU 35 Sukoi) and USA (F 35 Lockheed - see the tag "35 connection"). Men of ‘Arab background’ were likely responsible for sexual assaults on dozens of women in central Cologne over the New Year, police said on Monday - as a social media storm accused police and media of a cover-up.
 Around 60 complaints have been made to the police in Cologne after a group of around 1,000 men attacked revellers in the city centre in a brutal and “completely unheard of” way, Wolfgang Albers, Chief of Police in the Rhineland city said at a press conference on Monday afternoon.

Around a third of the complaints were of sexual assault, regional paper Express reported.
“There was a very large number of sexual assaults there - and in a massive way. Women were grabbed and attacked,” said Albers, adding that in one case the alleged crime fitted the legal definition of rape.

“The crimes were committed by a group of people who from appearance were largely from the north African or Arab world,” the police chief added.

But the police have also insisted that many of the men had been known to them for some time and that they were not a group of newly-arrived refugees.
 A group of around 500 men between the ages of 15 and 35 assembled at the central train station and in the area of the cathedral before throwing firecrackers into the masses of people celebrating the arrival of the new year.

This appears to have been a means of causing distraction, as during the disturbance groups of young men entered the crowd where they sexually assaulted women and pick-pocketed revellers. etc etc etc.

As someone pointed out, this "year of mercy" is a precedent. My guess is that the papacy wants to secure the salvation of her pilgrims and enchant them to love it all the more for the "open doors", so that when ISIS start cutting heads [my note = on European soil], this love turns to jealousy/rage against the muslims. Yes, at the core, the above words of C. Stiliyanov are summoning the "philo-Sophy" of the Catholic approach, better, engineering, of the Sunni  immigration question. You have a precedent episode, a sort of pattern: the Partenopean Republic uprising, and the Viva Maria! reactionary uprising in Italy, both insitgated by the Jesuits' agent named "Napoleone Bonaparte". The Viva Maria! uprising was instigated by calibrated Provokatsiya of the Napoleonic occupation troops in Center Italy, whose regime of occupation was scientifically targeting the Catholic priests forcing them (as once I read on a web source) to fulfill weekly military service every Sunday together with other Jewish recruits. Napoleone Bonaparte, a provocadeur agent of the Jesuits, could so instigate a Catholic uprising under the banner of "holy" Mary/the Harlot, with which to reinstate Catholicism against any other form of influx of Protestantism (or, worse, of influx of the Vaudoise heritage) under the alibi of the "defence against the persecutions on the church by the atheist Enlightenment regime":

According to the United Nations, 99.3 percent of women in Egypt have been sexually harassed, assaulted or raped. Perpetrators are rarely even reprimanded, let alone brought to justice. And the police officials to whom women might turn often blame the victims and harass the women themselves....... etc etc etc.

Since the FSA declared war on this group on 3rd January 2014 and took over many of their bases, significant evidence has been uncovered which has confirmed circulating testimony and rumors about the links between the regime and ISIS.

This memo is just a small sample of testimony from FSA fighters that describe events on the ground where regime forces have been protecting and assisting this group. Accounts go further, saying that regime forces are intimately intertwined with this group, whose objectives are one and the same: to destroy moderate Opposition forces and establish control over as much of Syria as possible. Accounts of this kind are so widespread, most Opposition fighters can add their own personal accounts to this collection. We would encourage those interested to independently reach out to Syrians inside the country to hear their testimonies first-hand.

Regime-ISIS non-confrontation, protection & assistance:

    Non-confrontation: The ISIS headquarters in Raqqa are distinctive and famous buildings (the governorate building and Armenian Catholic Church). When the regime shells the city, the aircraft fly down very low to target FSA held areas, however they never bomb the ISIS HQ or target areas under its control.i This is also the case for ISIS HQ in Jarablus on the Syrian – Turkish borders and the HQ in Al-Danna (Idleb)
    In turn, ISIS has never attacked Jisr Al Shughour, a regime-controlled area of strategic value in Idlib or the regime-controlled areas of Dier Ezzor or Aleppo City. A US official has recently testified to this.ii
    During the battle between ISIS & FSA in the northern suburbs of Homs (January 10th 2014), regime aircraft were heavily shelling the FSA, avoiding ISIS, which assisted them to move forward in battle.
    During the last battle between the Islamic Front and ISIS when ISIS was defeated in Aleppo, two days prior to this a convoy lead by an ISIS military leader, Emir Omar Shishani, drove (January 2014) from Raqqa to Aleppo, there are many eye- witness accounts saying this convoy was protected by regime warplanes. In contrast, the next day, another convoy from Liwa Al Tawhid drove a similar route north and was heavily bombarded by the regime planes.iii
    As recently revealed in westerns media, ISIS and Jabhat al Nusra is selling fuel to the Assad Government in return for electricity.iv
    ISIS upholds a systematic policy of assassinating the strongest and most highly respected FSA commanders, such as Abu Rayan, responsible Tal Abyad border checkpoint who was tortured and killed by ISIS, Abu Basir in the coastal front- Latakia suburbs, who was a highly prominent officer in the FSA.vISIS-regime fusion:

    Current emirs in ISIS were serving officers with the regime. E.g. Muhanat Juneidi was serving with the regime in Dier Ezzor during the Iraq war where he was responsible for the section following and investigating those who went to fight in Iraq and returned. He is an Alawite and until recently was an Emir with ISIS in Idlib suburbs where he was seen wearing the Afghani dawb, with a long beard. He was responsible for security issues inside ISIS in this area before FSA defeated ISIS and drove them out of Idlib (January 9th 2014). Similarly, Abu Anas al-Iraqi leads an al-Qaeda brigade in the province of Raqqa: “Abu Anas is financed directly by the regime, through Iran and Iraq”, confessed an ISIS detainee.vi
    Accounts from FSA fighters of seeing the same faces fighting with the regime as fighting with ISIS.
    Accounts from torture survivors – who were subject to the same torture techniques under the regime as under ISIS. There are pictures and videos available demonstrating this. Similarly when ISIS commit massacres, they employ the same methodsas regime forces employ.
    During military clashes between FSA and ISIS, ISIS ammunition cases have been recovered by the FSA. Empty cartridges arelabelled as having been manufactured in the Institute of Defence Factories, the regime Ministry of Defence factory or from Russia.

      Documents:

    As the FSA have taken over ISIS areas, much evidence has been gathered and is being held with FSA brigades inside Syria. IDs of from Syrian intelligence agencies have been discovered in ISIS bases. Youtube videos, exhibit evidence which is currently held by the Jaish Al Mujahediin. It shows belongings found when ISIS bases were taken over by the FSA in Idlib. The evidence includes Iranian visas, Russian passports, Iranian simcards, photographs showing ISIS ‘emirs’ making fun of Arabs and posing with their scantily clad western unveiled girlfriends. Free Syrian Army uncovered in January the passport of Abu Hafs al Masri, senior commander of ISIS in the northern city of Jarablus, containing an Iranian visa stamp. vii

    Civilian Syrian testimony:

    Masarat media and activist organization collecting these views showed that 70% of respondents believe that the Assad regime supports ISIS. The same study showed that 79% of respondents believe that ISIS has not played an effective role in opposing the Assad regime in their area. Social media sites of late, especially Twitter, have seen a marked increase in the discussion surrounding the relationship between Assad and ISIS, fuelled by material such as leaked Youtube videos of fighters affiliated with the Assad regime posing as ISIS fighters.viii
    Conclusions

    As the Assad regime tried to crush the revolution, conditions of turmoil and lawlessness allowed these groups to originally enter Syria as they snatched power within a vacuum. The Assad regime has been protecting, supporting and facilitating ISIS within Syria. Allowing this group to thrive is his ultimate protection from the international community who has been led to believe he is fighting terrorism in Syria. As ordinary Syrians would testify, Assad is the biggest force of terrorism inside Syria, not only through this partnership but through his systematic state policy of war crimes which continues to crush what started as a peaceful call for freedom.

    We ask regional and international players: is it in your strategic interest to allow this regime to aid extremism, cause mass displacement & regional turmoil? The regime is allowing such groups to thrive on your borders whilst simultaneously perpetuating regional chaos by creating the greatest humanitarian crisis the world has seen this this century. It is time for a bolder policy to address this shared problem with final resolve.

You have to understand why the ISIS follow certain precise deadlines in the release of the horror-video. ISIS released the video on the 3rd February because it was Assad's regime to need of it in order to hide a butchery of Syrian people by the same Assad's, "anti-ISIS" and pro-Putin forces:

Well, no more  justifications: ISIS is a tool of Assad and is a psy-op created to produce the scariest video possible in order to drag the attention of the public opinion away from the Putin's butcher in Syria, Bashar Al Assad, and from the related Genocide of Sunni there.

 Yes, Assad's regime has his convenience in to expose to all the world the US intervention against ISIS as another occasion to perpetrate war crimes abroad. He can in this way supply the Western public opinion, so spiritually decayed , with the fitted ammunition in order to halt an US intervention. This is useful because later, the Catholicism will play a theatrical farce with his Obama, cooking the US political class in the pot of the "hidden alliance with ISIS", blaming the "apathy" and achieving more echo for the call to the crusade, and giving to the truth-losers as Alex Jones  free pasture with the "CIA's created ISIS" litany. At the end the true popish CRUSADER is already at work in the Middle East, its name is Bashar al Assad. 
The machination of Satan works out in this way:

1) US intervenes but...
2) kills innocent civilians...
3) public opinion blames USA for pursuing only "oil interests" and to be "ineffective" against ISIS in order to have the alibi for "imperialism intervention" meanwhile...
4) the true beneficiary of ISIS remains Assad's regime, who is exempted from any kind of  blame, (now putted exclusively on the account of "imperialist" USA), and continues to use ISIS as alibi for the popish CRUSADE against Sunni, another low intensity Holocaust.

We were seeing above Israel concerned about her military relations with Putin's Russia, practically an adultery, both political as well religious, from Protestant and Christian Zionist America. Clark feels naturally strong relation with Israel, and is really concerned that the military agreement with Putin's Russia could be blocked by a decisive intervention against ISIS by Washington. Not that it was really a conspiracy 'theory' but with General Wesley Clark (ret.) now openly admitting "ISIS got started through funding from our friends and allies... to fight to the death against Hezbollah" it appears the 'angel investors' cat is out of the bag. Adding that "they recruited the zealots and religious fundamentalists" Clark says 'we' create "Frankenstein." He is careful not to name names, but we ask (rhetorically of course), which of our (oil-bearing) allies has the biggest bone to pick with Hezbollah (apart from Israel of course)?

Gen Clark is really concerned about ISIS. Breaking the terrorist toys in the hands of Assad, his regime would have no more alibi to exist. And Putin's Russia could no more present herself as the "serious partner of Egypt against ISIS' terrorism". We expect soon Gen. Clark interviewed by Alex Jones in Infowar.

It reports a massacre in Chechnya performed by Russian forces exactly fifteen years before the massacre of Assad's forces in Syria, Feb. 5-9. A telling coincidence and if you see it, ISIS has to teach no one as regard the burning alive and murdering of , even less to the GRU forces:
