"Anglo-Americans" a carnalization of Jesus Christ the Lord? The "enemies" of the unification of "Hearatland and Rimland" are the saints who don't bow down to the Image of the Beast? 
It is evident the direct allusion to that "earth" of Revelation, with the name "heart". If all the rest of the world opposing Rimland & Heartland is the Enemy, it descend that the Heart assigned to the Russian land is meant as "heart of the earth", the earth from which John saw the Beast to arise.


Notice also  on how the the above stuff which is a curtain to hide the Rising Beast, smells the same stench of the National Socialist cult of the "nation" and of the "race", only corrected with a Russian mentality parfume. Substitute "German race" or "German nation" with "Mother Russia" all will work perfectly the same. Interchangeable. Particularly notice the total lie of the label "terrorist" to the people of Europe, which seems to be an evil desire of the speakers of the meeting.
