The deployment of Russian troops in Syria could end up helping Islamic State as they have been sent to areas where they are most likely to fight other groups opposed to Isis, according to a new report.

The Royal United Services Institute (Rusi) report comes ahead of a US-Russian summit meeting at the UN on Monday, when Barack Obama will question Vladimir Putin on the intention behind Russia’s deepening military involvement in Syria, according to US officials.

The Iranian president, Hassan Rouhani – also in New York for the UN general assembly meeting – rejected suggestions that his country was operating in concert with Russia against Isis. “I do not see a coalition between Iran and Russia on fighting terrorism in Syria,” Rouhani said.

The Rusi report, titled Inherently Unresolved, assesses the global effort to counter the spread of Isis, and warns that Iraq and Syria may not survive as unitary states. [my note: wonderful!!! So Iran plus Russia will have the alibi to intervene to keep "peace" on].  It includes a section on Russian aims, particularly those underpinning Putin’s despatch this month of warplanes and troops to Tartus and Latakia in support of Bashar al-Assad’s regime.

Igor Sutyagin, a Russian strategic analyst, said there was an air regiment at Latakia with 28 planes, a battalion of motorised infantry and military engineers as well as a marine battalion at the naval base in Tartus.

The deployment, Sutyagin said, “underlines the contradictions of the Kremlin’s policy”, because the troops were in areas where Isis is not present.

“In this way, Russian troops are backing Assad in the fight against groups such as Jabhat al-Nusra and Ahrar al-Sham, which are themselves opposed to Isis. If Russian troops do eventually join combat, therefore, they would also – technically – be assisting Isis,” Sutyagin argued.....".

Syrian rebels trained by the United States gave some of their equipment to the al Qaeda-linked Nusra Front in exchange for safe passage, a U.S. military spokesman said on Friday, the latest blow to a troubled U.S. effort to train local partners to fight Islamic State militants.The rebels surrendered six pick-up trucks and some ammunition, or about one-quarter of their issued equipment, to a suspected Nusra intermediary on Sept. 21-22 in exchange for safe passage, said Colonel Patrick Ryder, a spokesman for U.S. Central Command, in a statement. etc etc etc.

It is a very interesting fact that the US intelligence, continually blamed for allegedly having created ISIS and Al Qaeda, should then confess openly to be the "culprit" in the origin of the Islamic terrorism, in a gesture which is comparable to an ideological and media self-stabbing. 
But this apparent monstrous contradiction (maybe just for this reason it finds such comfortable home in the minds of the Eurasianists and Anti-Amerikkkaners), is easily resolved. Not only taking in mind the colossal business with the New Iranian Empire, an interest which led to the open (false) admission of the general Clark:

.......but also taking in mind that yesterday the Pope did visit the UN, and the day before he was special guest of the Congress where he told something about the "trade of weapons":

BOTH speech of the Pope, as well the leak of US intelligence happened the same day. The Catholic whore needed of another slander to the USA as "funder of ISIS and Al Qaeda"? Iin order  to be confirmed and not remain in a vague form,  the words of the Pope, Satan incarnate, needed urgently of a breaking news to make appear Pope Francis a "prophet". False prophet? The words of the Pope are the stiletto. The news the arm who pulled it at the back of USA. Russia, Israel, Iran, the Papacy, today are all  a unity.

 But before to come back to the original article, let's give another look about the US weapons allegedly smuggled to Al Nusra/Al Qaeda:

 Yes, Pope Francis, in order to arise at the status of  "Prophet" needed of a confirmation after his speech, not before, otherwise he would have been only a boring speaker. Therefore only less than seven hour after the release of the news, and ten hours about after the Pope's speech, it was already published. In the evening, after job, many people comes home at that hour and after having heard the Pope on the "trade weapons" they learn how much His "Holiness" is really a "prophet", the media confirming it:  "those rebels we are supplying with our deadly weapons are planning to inflict untold sufferings on individuals and society!".  
But should such news be  pondered at least a  little under a critic filter before to be published? Are they genuine and sincere? Because the same US military forces have recently been in the middle of a scandal, for having distorted the reports of war in Syria:

How is it possible to be more pro-Putin than this??! Frankly, it is impossible! If you make out of the Hellish mess of Syria an "happy talk", it means only one thing: you want DISENGAGEMENT.  And if you want disengagement, it is only to make a favor to Putin & Iran, to leave to them the total control of Syria (and Middle East) - period. 
Therefore this is the best evidence that ISIS is not "under the control" - figure it out "created", by US intelligence. At the opposite, this is an evidence that ISIS and Al Nusra are firmly in the hands of the "regime", truly speaking of the Kremlin and Tehran, which can play whatever kind of dirty game with them, being the US intelligence only the spectator of events whose masterminds and goals are quite as much true out of the control of CIA & Pentagon. 

But maybe "disengagement" is not the appropriate word for the intentions of US administration. Let's give a look to another statement of the previous quoted article:

"If accurate, the report of NSF members providing equipment to al Nusra Front is very concerning and a violation of Syria train and equip program guidelines," Ryder said, using an acronym for the rebels, called the New Syrian Forces."

There's something more than "disengagement". This is a declaration that the rebel forces, labelled as New Syrian Forces, are "only another part of the ISIS and Al Nusra". This is exactly what Bashar al Assad is telling from the begining of the Syrian Intifada .
This is really chilling, also for the propaganda website which reports such news in an anti-USA stance. So what does it mean? Do you remember what I quoted in a previous post???....:

So do you understand now why, four days before the Pope's speech, inner US administration circles leaked the info for which Russians were NOT intended to fight ISIS (and of course Al Nusra), but the moderate forces, allegedly supported by Obama's administration? Because this was NOT an info, but the decision of the administration - period. Obama cheated the moderate forces, the Free Syrian Army and whoever else wanted to oppose against Assad all along these four years of Syrian Civil war. CIA was skilled only in to hide this fraud making it appear the opposite, working hard in leaking false info about the "CIA involvement in the creation of ISIS", therefore no one would have suspected that Syria has been already sold by Obama to Putin and  Iran - since the beginning.

Obama administration and Pope Francis were all in agreement. Some days before the speech at the Congress with the famous statement about the "weapons trade", information about the deep lack of trust within the intelligence of the military force has been opportunely leaked in the media in order to psychologically prepare the public opinion: "what kind of dirty game are they hiding from us??!". With such an emotional state, the spectator then heard the words of Pope Francis about the trade of "deadly weapons" but, without to have the time at disposition to metabolize them, his previous question about the dirty secrets "they are hiding from us", some days before arisen by the news on the mistrust between the military intelligence,  went satisfied by another breaking news about the smuggling of "deadly US weapons" to "deadly terrorist groups" of Syria. Of course the news linked Al Qaeda and not ISIS, because Al Qaeda was involved with the attack of 11 September 2001 and therefore deemed the most appropriate in order to arise again strong emotions in the US public opinion. The day after the poor spectator could verify, meanwhile the Pope was celebrating at Ground Zero for a massacre well known linked to Al Qaeda, that the words of His "Holiness", spoken the day before and before the last breaking news, were really "prophetic": "our trade with our deadly US weapons causes terrorism!". And suddenly, His Eminence, Pope Francis SJ, arose to the status of "prophet" blessed by "God".

Now the curtains on this pathetic theater of Satan, where the public opinion, the Pope and the US administration are only puppets, are falling down. The show is over. Pope Francis will come back in the Vatican, and Obama meet with Putin. But what will happen to Syria? The news of the "deadly US weapons" smuggled to Al Qaeda by "US trained groups"  had not only the duty to transform the Pope in THE "Prophet", but also to convince the public opinion in USA that it is right to consider the ENTIRE opposition to Assad as member of Al Qaeda and therefore the same anti-Assad moderate opposition as being morally in compliance with the perpetrators of the 11 September 2001 terrorist attack. Armed with such conviction, the public opinion of USA (and Israel) will accept and sustain the political support of Obama to every kind of Genocide of Sunni populations in Syria and in Iraq, by Iran & Russia. And if Bashar al Assad will survive a probable cup of Borgia to him delivered by the GRU/FSB,  to shut his mouth about many dirty secrets of the Russian involvement with ISIS, stay sure, American spectator, you will see at Ground Zero, in one of the coming years  during the 11 September commemorations, next to the coming new President of the United States of America, also the President of Syria, Bashar al Assad.

But take care that you cannot cheat God and when you'll face Him you cannot bring your Bible with you, even if it is a KJV. Remember that if you use the Words of God, preserved as much you want  - you are not GOD.  Because you cannot hide from God's eyes that there's a Shia genocide of Sunni in sight, both in Iraq as well Syria.
