President Krasnov rebelling to his master Putin ?
Far from to deny a possible blackmail of Putin to Trump, the recent outburst of President Krasnov could confirm that he is blackmailed by the FSB/KGB President of Russia:

President Donald Trump lashed out at Russian President Vladimir Putin during a Cabinet meeting Tuesday, telling reporters, "We get a lot of bulls*** thrown at us by Putin," and dismissing the Russian leader's friendliness as "meaningless."
"He's very nice all the time, but it turns out to be meaningless," Trump said.
Rather than expressing an existential antagonism to Putin and Russia, the outburst of anger toward Putin it's more of a vent because the attempts to become a sort of advisor, a member of Putin's government, were frustrated. Trump loves Russia and his narcissism prevents him from seeing limits when dealing with a government with which he has decided to build an alliance.
Precisely such u-turns in the behaviour of the US King Trump could be the ones that gained to him the KGB nickname "Krasnov". At the beginning of the presidency I believed that the origin of the nickname "Krasnov" was in the root of the name, for example in Slovenian "krasen" means beatiful. The nickname had to recall the narcisistic trait of Trump as a psychological leverage when dealing with him. Trump believed to be much appreciated by women, therefore a sort of very handsome man, hence "krasnov".
Then reading the famous Stalin's interview by the journalist Cohen I found a very intersting hint. Read it for yourself:

It soon became obvious that the milder our attitude towards our enemies, the more bitter their resistance. Very soon the Right Socialist Revolutionaries—Gotz and this like—and the Right Mensheviks began to organize the military cadets in Leningrad for the purpose of carrying out counter-revolutionary attacks, as a result of which many of our revolutionary sailors perished. This very Krasnov, whom we had released on his “word of honor,” organized the White Guard Cossacks. He joined forces with Mamontov and for two years waged an armed struggle against the Soviet government. It very soon appeared that behind the White Guard generals stood the agents of western capitalist states, such as France, England, America and Japan. And so we became convinced that mildness was a mistake. Experience taught us that the only way to cope with such enemies is to adopt a ruthless policy of suppression".

During the October Revolution of 1917, the deposed head of the Russian Provisional Government Alexander Kerensky appointed Krasnov commander of the 700 Cossacks who marched on Petrograd from Pskov (November [O.S. October] 1917) to suppress the Bolshevik revolt (see Kerensky-Krasnov uprising). These Cossacks were from two regiments of the 1st Don Cossack Division. On 15 November, Bolshevik troops surrounded Gatchina Palace, and took Krasnov prisoner, but he was soon released by Leon Trotsky, whereupon he made his way to the Don.[10][11][12][9]Russian Civil WarKrasnov fled to the Don region. In May 1918, in Novocherkassk, he won election as the Ataman of the Don Cossack Host. The American historian Richard Pipes described Krasnov as an "opportunist and an adventurer", primarily interested in using the Civil War to advance his own interests.[13] Though the White movement was officially committed to overthrowing the Bolsheviks in order to resume the war with Germany, Krasnov entered negotiations with the Germans who were occupying Ukraine with the aim of securing their support, portraying himself as willing to serve as a pro-German warlord in the Don region, which made him the object of much distrust in the Allied governments.[13] The Germans had set up the Ukrainian Zaporizhian Cossack Hetman Pavlo Skoropadskyi as the puppet leader of Ukraine in April 1918, and Krasnov indicated his willingness to serve as a leader of a set-up similar to the Skoropadskyi regime.[13] Through not willing to formally embrace Cossack separatism, Krasnov as the first elected Ataman of the Don Host for centuries favored more autonomy for the Don Host than the Host had enjoyed in the Imperial period.[13]
