".....The Epstein files are being withheld because Jeffrey Epstein had close ties to Israeli intelligence and US intelligence, according to Congressman Thomas Massie.

He also says the files are being blocked because they implicate powerful billionaires and political donors who he claims are friends of US President Donald Trump.

Massie says there has been an “effort in trying to stop this, and I do believe they’ll try to stop it somewhere else and that’s going to backfire on them too.”

Massie has been a frequent critic of Trump in recent years, publicly breaking with him on foreign policy, executive power, and transparency issues.
