Because the Unpardonable Sin was and will be (second advent) committed against the Holy Ghost, the Spirit of God, represented by olive oil, and counterfeited by the Devil with mineral oil "coming from the depth".

Exactly like with the physical presence of the Messiah when you can deny Him i.e. His Spirit, committing in this way the unpardonable sin, at the same guise you can commit the unpardonable sin against the Devil, when you deny his anointing oil from the depth, his spirit, which brought so much pomp, glory, riches and power to the nations that are "blessed" with it - the Unpardonable Sin of Ukraine :
